COMPANY

Atlantic Marina Holdings, LLC (AMH), a limited liability company headquartered in Charleston, SC, is involved through affiliated entities in the acquisition, development, redevelopment, repositioning and operation of both dry and wet slip marinas. AMH believes its institutional approach to real estate investment, its discipline and its demand for perfection give it a distinct advantage in the highly fragmented marina industry.

Since its inception, AMH affiliates have acquired, redeveloped and/or operated five marinas consisting of over 1,000 slips in South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. With a commitment to being an industry leader, AMH's present area of focus is comprised of the eastern seaboard of the United States, the coastline of Florida and the Caribbean.

MISSION

AMH seeks to continue to build a portfolio of Class "A" marina assets. AMH is currently focused on opportunities to purchase existing stable assets in established trade areas with high demand and prospects for continued rent growth. Capitalization rates for such product have just started to make sense and AMH looks for this trend to continue for the next several years, thus creating buying opportunities which have not existed recently. AMH is also looking for value add opportunities, as well as distressed assets which need repositioning, redevelopment and/or new management.

Joe H. Miller, IV

Mr. Miller has a JD from the School of Law at the University of South Carolina and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Prior to the formation of Atlantic Marina Holdings, LLC, Mr. Miller’s experience included serving as Principal of Miller Development, LLC, which developed retail, mixed-use, and office projects totaling over $180 million in value. Previous to the formation of Miller Development, Mr. Miller worked with Cousins Properties, a REIT based in Atlanta, GA and 1997 NAIOP National Developer of the Year, Childress Klein Properties in Atlanta and Trammell Crow Company in Nashville, TN.

Dunston Powell, CCIM

Mr. Powell graduated from The University of Georgia with a B.B.A. in Real Estate. He has successfully brokered real estate transactions in excess of $200,000,000 during the past 13 years, including retail, office, industrial, investment, waterfront, and marina properties. Prior to joining Atlantic Marina Holdings, Mr. Powell was a partner with Batten & Moore, LLC, a regional commercial real estate and development firm. Mr. Powell has led acquisitions for Atlantic Marina Holdings since 2005 and has focused on marina specific product for over seven years. Mr. Powell earned the CCIM designation in 2002, which currently less than 4% of all commercial real estate brokers and investors hold. Mr. Powell is currently a principal with Carolina Commercial, LLC.

SAM MOORE

Mr. Moore graduated cum laude from Wofford College, where he was also a Presidential Scholar. Mr. Moore has most recently completed a Masters in the real estate graduate program at Johns Hopkins University. As project coordinator for Atlantic Marina Holdings, LLC, Mr. Moore has participated in every facet of project analysis, acquisition, development, and management.
